People wear nice dresses to parties and events, I take it a step further – I wore a nice dress just to snap my before-and-after shots for this BB cream review 😀 This shows how damned excited I am about this product from Innisfree.
Now, Innisfree has always been a popular brand, but somehow I only recently caught onto the craze. I guess it was because I was busy conquering Sulwhasoo. After purchasing nearly 85% of all Sulwhasoo’s skincare products, I’ve decided to move on, and turned my sights (like Sauron) onto Innisfree. The products are cheap and good and give pretty decent results.
Innisfree Air Skin Fit BB Cream SPF35 PA++ – I forgot how much I bought it for, but it’s pretty affordable, probably around KRW20,000?
I use 02 Natural Beige shade – look at how smooth the cream texture is.
A slight glow if I tilt and angle my hand slightly.
Testing on a hot, hot, hot and humid day – look at how red and splotchy my skin was, and the stark contrast after application. woah.
And voila! Isn’t this product (and my new dress from Korea) awesome?! P.S. This photo was not edited in anyway – just cropped to fit.
I say…
Clearly this rocks my socks (and that’s a lot of socks to rock).
- The product texture is so creamy and smooth and easy to apply.
- It also has a slight scent – I think it’s tea tree or some other minty-herbal smell.
- In my photos above, I didn’t use anything to set the BB cream, and yet it had such a nice matte-dewy finish.
- My skin looked brighter, smoother and blemish free, like Yoona, yes?
- It also feels so lightweight, as though I wasn’t wearing anything. The O Hui Cream Cover Foundation also gave good coverage, but by comparison feels about 10% heavier than this BB cream.
- It gives great coverage and conceals all le blemishes and spots. It didn’t do such a great job with my dark eye circles, but then again, I’ll probably need a skin graft or a beige-coloured duct tape to cover those, so I’m not fussed.
- It lasts an average of 6 hours too, despite my face being superbly oily.
At this moment, I think there’s nothing else I can say to convince you of this product’s awesomeness – I mean, my photos say everything, don’t they? 😀

do you think the coverage for the air skin is buildable? Light, medium, full? I like the idea of lightweight makeup, but I also have some spot and blemishes that would take paint-roller dunked in beige to conceal ToT.
Hey Akari,
Yes it’s definitely buildable. It’s got pretty good coverage for a lightweight product, but I guess if you’re looking for some serious coverage, you can try Sulwhasoo Evenfair foundation (dewy coverage) or Hera HD Fix foundation (slightly more matte coverage). Both aren’t as heavy as usual foundations, and give pretty decent finishes 🙂
Thank you! Lastly, what shade is your skin? For example, what shade in MAC do you fit? NC? NW? Please reply!
I’m usually a 21 for Korean BB creams, or pink beige. In terms of MAC, I’m told that I’m a NC15-20. 🙂
Thank You!
In that case, do you think this bb cream would work for my NW 15-20 skin tone? (I do get a little darker to NW 25 in the summer)
I mean NC 15-25…. sorry. I hope you don’t mind my many questions ToT
Hi Akari,
I -think- it should match a NC15, but 25 might be stretching it.. perhaps you can just save it for non-summer seasons? 😀

hey, just to ask, what shade did you buy? as I realised this product came in 3 shades…
mine’s shade 2 natural beige 🙂
thanks for the prompt reply! thanks, you look great in it, I guess I can do with a shade 3
Do you think this product would be good for dry/sensitive skin?
hey rachel, I think if you’ve got dry skin this shouldn’t be your top choice cos it’s got a slightly more matte finish, and if combined with dry skin will give a rather dehydrated look. you should try something with a more dewy/moist finish, such as cushions. I’m currently trying out the IOPE XP cushion and I absolutely love it – dewy finish with a good coverage.
In terms of sensitive skin, that I can’t tell because I don’t know how your skin will react to the corresponding ingredients. It’ll be best to do a patch test first?
Hope that helped! 😀
Thank you!!
wow it looks really great on you.. 🙂 where’d you bought it it? does it have a good coverage for say, like pimple marks?
Hi, I bought it from Korea cos I visit Korea very frequently 🙂 Yes it does have pretty good coverage for dark eye circles and pimple scars/blemishes.
You said your shade is Shade 2? Do you think that will fit NC25? I am worried Shade 3 is too dark but I haven’t seen pictures of it. I am shade 2 in the Holika Holika jelly bb.
Hi ShiShi, sorry for the late reply – I think you’re probably an in-between shade so it’s best that you try it out first? Cos I’ve been told by a former MAC makeup artist that I’m a NC15-20…
i’m using mishha m perfect cover shade 23, , do u have any suggest which one that match with my skintone? thanks :))
I am wondering would you recommend this BB cream over Iope’s air cushion XP? thanks 😀
Hey Amanda, I think it depends on what you are looking for. This is more matte whilst the other one is more glowy 🙂
Pingback: Review: Innisfree No Sebum BB Cream | Because every part of you can be beautiful, even your buns
how does this compare with the no sebum bb cream? i’m looking for something with good coverage and lasting (because i get super oily 😦 )
For better oil control, I recommend Etude House Stay Up Foundation. For ultra oil control, try Too Cool For School After School BB Lunchbox Foundation 🙂
